2021–22: nearly twenty local organizations took part in SWA’s two-year strategic planning process, identifying six shared priorities. SWA also partnered with OHSU, the Regional Accelerator & Innovation Network (RAIN), and Portland State University to gather local economic data and input from entrepreneurs and small business owners. 2023: SWA completed a Livability Assessment that included a community survey of about 300 residents.
