Started by SWA in 2023 and funded by the Columbia Gorge Food Bank. Operations moved from SWA to the Maupin food pantry (Life Raft) over two years, 2024–25, and it was administered for the benefit of both the Life Raft and Neighbor-to-Neighbor (Wamic) pantries through 2026.
