Started with SWA and operated first as a pilot project in The Dalles (2020–21), then moved in 2022 to its permanent home in Tygh Valley, run in partnership with a volunteer Farmers Market Advisory Committee. In 2025 the Tygh School Community Center, a local 501(c)(3), took over operations.
