SWA formed the South Wasco Health Collaborative to support and advise on time-bound events and projects. Examples: the early 2024 start-up events and communications for the incoming Community Health Worker, and the discovery process for the CED-P Health & Social Support Workgroup, which began in early 2025. All of the events and projects the Collaborative supported have been completed, and the Collaborative has been sunsetted. Going forward, SWA’s Executive Director will convene new workgroups for new projects.
